If you want to be good at selling, don’t think you can just start something up unless 1) you can target a very specific market, and 2) there is a cause for urgency.1) you have a good product or service and 2) there is a need for that product or service.
try to collect emails from interested parties in return for free stuff. What you must continually practice is to create a funnel system like this:
traffic programs -> lead capture -> autoresponder list
which allows you to convert somewhat interested parties into buyers. Why does this work? Because random approaches rarely work and you need people that you know have an interest in what you’re selling.
So don’t laugh. Some of the most successful people REALLY use the funnel system and understand it’s power.
